New childcare support provided by Parental Choice will be offered to employees based at the organisation Northern Trust. This service will help employees search for all types of childcare for all ages; it will also inform parents about payroll, pensions and employment law for those staff that decide to employ nannies. This new benefit is aimed at giving employees with childcare responsibilities the support they need; it will do all the searching for them to help them find the solution.

The new benefit launched on the 5th April will run alongside others benefits that are already in place such as maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave, flexible working.

Employees who are starting work or returning after maternity are faced with the challenge of sorting childcare out, for some this can not be any easy task.  It is a huge decision for parents to leave their children in someone else’s care, therefore finding the right childcare can often be a stressful job.
