Three nurseries in Derbyshire have been recognised as being the best in the East Midlands area
Many parents up and down the country have been voting for their favourite nursery as part of the Top 10 Nursery Awards 2017 carried out by daynurseries.co.uk.
Children’s 1st nursery Long Eaton along with Bright Horizons Bumpers Day Nursery and Preschool, in Burnaston, and Little Leprechauns Day Nursery, in Chesterfield have been named as the most recommended settings in Derbyshire.
The results have been compiled through parents scoring the setting, the scores have been based on various things such as their standards, facilities the setting offers, outdoor space, learning resources, the care staff provide, food and nutrition, the management of the setting, cleanliness and safeguarding.
For nurseries, to hear that they have won this award is a great achievement, as it shows they are being recognised by parents as being one of the best nurseries in that area.
