A – “It is good practice to have a solid structure of staff in each room to provide continuity of care and consistency for the children. How can this responsibility possibly be shared without inconsistencies and flaws?”
A – “I think its a good idea to have a session lead on maybe a weekly rota as well as your strong seniors/deputy because of the work load and it can then be evaluated as to how each team member operates so to speak”
A – “I think you need strong leaders in each room to bring a team together offer the best standards and practice for the children”
